I had high hopes for Island House in South Beach due to its location. but the reality was quite different. The proximity to the beach and local dining was a plus, yet I was disappointed with the overall cleanliness and upkeep of the hotel. While the staff were friendly and accommodating, this couldn't fully compensate for the other drawbacks I encountered during my stay.
